The Helm of Awe in Nordic folklore is meant to strike fear into the enemy. This piece is for the warrior folk who wish to conquer battles at home and abroad. The dial in this piece is completely hand-crafted from aged mahogany.

Apparel: For our apparel orders all T-shirts are custom made upon order please allow 7-14 days to receive a tracking number. Don't fear we are working on it and you will be updated via email!

We ship Faster than lightning from the heavens for all items that are in-stock and not a pre-order. We strive to ship your order within 1-3 hours of you placing it, however in most cases we will latest ship it the same day (as long as orders are made before 5pm EST).

We ship your order via UPS ground, USPS, or Fedex.

When an order is shipped we provide you a tracking number.

International Customers

Worldwide Shipping available -However rates depend on your country, we provide relevant documentation to ensure quick customs processing, but are not liable for customs fees, delays, or if customs decides to hold your package.

7 Day return policy.

Returns/Exchanges for products only in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED condition within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. Any protective plastic must still be in place. A RETURN FEE of $75 per order will be charged for all refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Heimdallsworkshop within 7 days of the original purchase for instructions to return. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus the return fee.

We believe in our product and so should you. We offer a 2 year warranty and servicing from date of purchase.

(2 year warranty does not apply to wooden watches or products).

Warranty

Warranty covers any manufacture defects or any issues with internal movements of the watch. External wear and tear is NOT included. External wear and tear includes (but is not limited to) scratches on case, lugs, or Crystal, and or water damage due to negligence.

Situations Not Included under Warranty 

It does not apply to normal wear and tear or to abuse and excludes the watch case, crystal (glass), strap, bracelet and charging unit (if included). In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period, your watch will be serviced under the limited warranty terms.

Disclaimer: The warranty does not apply to damage caused, in Gunhild's sole discretion, by tampering with or opening the watch case. Defects or damage resulting from repairs, tampering, or opening the watch case by anyone other than an Gunhild Authorized Service Facility will void the warranty.
